Get Involved

This campaign is about neighbors talking to neighbors — because in a local race like this, every single conversation counts.

Unlike my County Commission race, Key West elections are single-member district elections. That means only the voters who live in District 5 will be able to vote for me in the upcoming election. It’s a much smaller race, which makes your involvement more powerful than ever.

The City of Key West election will be held on August 18, 2026.

This is a non-partisan election, which means everyone can and should vote, regardless of party affiliation. Even if you’re not registered with a political party, your vote in this election will help decide the future of our city.

District 5 includes: Casa Marina, most of Mid Town, and the neighborhood on the north side of Flagler to 5th St. If you’re not sure which district you live in, you can check your address on the City of Key West website or by visiting cityofkeywest-fl.gov.

Although I didn’t win the County Commission race, I did win District 5 and the City of Key West as a whole. That tells me that people here share my belief in responsible government, fiscal common sense, and the idea that our leaders should always put residents first. Now, I’m asking those same voters to stand with me again to bring real accountability to City Hall.

Your support means everything. Beyond your generous contributions, what will make the difference in this race is you talking to the people you know and trust most: your friends, your family, and your neighbors.

That’s why we’re launching the “10 Friends Program.”

When you sign up, we’ll give you a list of registered voters in District 5. From that list, you’ll mark off at least ten people you personally know and commit to contacting them, sharing why you support this campaign, and asking for their vote.

This is a small race with a big impact, and word of mouth will win it!
